Love/Hate with Twitter

So I joined twitter about a month ago.  Up until 10 minutes ago, I had not tweeted anything.  Initially, I didn't like Twitter at all.  It's like verbal diarrhea.  I enjoy well thought out blog posts better than what I see in tweets.  I even think it's worse than the worst constant Facebook status updaters.  It just doesn't make sense.  On the other hand though, I do like using it to follow my favorite stores and businesses.  I think it's because these businesses use it as a marketing tool and their tweets have to be well thought out and not pure crap.  So I think I'll unfollow the bloggers I started to follow and keep to businesses.  I think I won't be so angry at the crap I read on twitter if I do that.
