Insanity

Isn't the definition of insanity something like doing the same thing over and over again expecting different results?

Well I keep pulling my hair back to tie it in a ponytail to realize that I lost my hair tie...

Flannel sheets

I'm totally sold and a convert to flannel sheets. They are so warm and cozy on cold mornings. Makes it so hard to get out of bed and makes it so inviting to get into bed.

I bought a cheap set at kohls on a whim during Black Friday. I love them and am set on picking up another.

Rug swap

I bought a rug a few weeks ago. It was the rug I've been wanting for a while and it went on sale on joss and main, one of those daily deal websites. Score or so I had thought. This is the rug I thought I bought:

See the difference. Of course there was a little notice that says color may not be the same as the screen, but its brown, not red. Not even close to red. The hubster likes it, but the reason I bought it is because of the red. I wanted the color to break up all the brown in my room. But the whole thing consists of shades of brown!

It's a final sale, so I might be out of luck.

My poor blog

I've been neglecting you.

Well, I had a terrible start to the day. I woke up an hour past my alarm. These new pills really do make me drowsy and hard to wake up. I also walked out of the house without my work shoes. I was tempted to wear my uggs all day, but it didn't match my outfit.

I decided to buy some short/cropped work pants at jcrew this past weekend. They stop above my ankle and with the cold weather I didn't want to expose my ankles to the cold, so I wore my uggs. I ended up turning around getting my Tory burch flats which took me forever to find.

A little over a week until my Utah birthday ski trip!
