Sometimes I think my sugar consumption is too high. When I snack, they are all sweet, buying constantly craving salty foods, but only keep sweet at my desk at work.
The last two days my snacks have consisted of:
Dried mango
Peach Greek yogurt
Peanut butter snickers
Clementines
Honey stinger waffles
Dried apricots
Dried cranberries
All sweet! I really need to change my shopping habits.
