Macaroons

During my weekend trip to Seattle, we stopped at Le Panier bakery in Pike Place Market. Since I was on vacation, I indulged in a raspberry croissant, a palmier, and of course, macaroons.










I spent $30!!!! $24 of those $30 were on the macaroons. I've eaten 3 of them and I have to say while delicious, I will not be spending $2 apiece again. Not even when on vacation when the spending budget is a bit more relaxed.

I did split the dozen macaroons with my traveling partner.
