I do not trust my scale anymore. Two days ago, I lost 2 lbs, totally abnormal. Then the next day, I lost 4 lbs (yeah right!). So I hit my all time low with no effort. I'm not that gullible as much as I wanted to believe it. And then today, I gained back 5 lbs. hmmm unless my metabolism has gone completely haywire, I'm sure my scale has become miscalibrated.
It was nice to think I weighed what it was telling me while I was eating poorly. Pizza for three meals during that period! Maybe pizza is my weight loss food. Wouldn't that be nice?
