See you in a year and a half

So sad the Olympics are over. Good thing I only have to wait until winter of 2014 to get my next Olympics fix. So let's review my take on the Olympics. Just random thoughts throughout the Olympics.

Opening ceremony: wtf!
Closing ceremony: I love the spice girls! Totally redeemed the opening ceremonies. I admit that I fell asleep before I saw Sir Paul McCartney sing.
Closing ceremony: Jessie J destroying Queen and we will rock you, maybe I should reserve judgement until the end.
Track and field: I have never had such ab jealously in my life. Six packs do vary from person to person.
Track and field: so impressed with the long distance runners. So fucking fast. Those mile times are INSANE!
Rhythmic gymnastics: when did that become a team sport? 5 incredibly flexible women and 5 balls flying in the air... Amazing
Artistic gymnastics: I find nothing artistic about it.
Artistic gymnastics: never watching with the hubster
Synchronized swimming: scary, crazy Russians - scary = creepy doll faces, crazy = dinosaurs, creepy dolls, AND Michael Jackson on their swimsuits
Synchronized swimming: impressive
Track and field: lots of people thanking god.
Water polo: those are some big girls, probably need to be to fight off all those grabs, kicks and punches.
Beach volleyball: I wish I was taller and l must say I like their swim suits
Indoor volleyball: such long legs...
Basketball: women need more respect
Badminton and table tennis: I just can't watch it. Literally watched five minutes the entire Olympics
Field hockey: did not know they played on a wet down field
Cheating: a little disappointed in all the cheating controversy - badminton, British cycling, and Algerian distance runner. Really?
Handball: tbd

Overall: the women saved the Olympics. Get to work, boys.

That's it for now. I'm sure there is more in my head.
