Random Calendar Event...

I was looking at my calendar over the weekend and saw this entry:

I have no idea what it means.  I must have put it in there because it's way too specific to be random.  A 10 pm event that would require an alert two days prior to the event.  It's been bugging me for a while.  I have an inkling that it's really a reminder for the hubster to do something.
