A while back, I wrote about how an opportunity to save some money slipped through my fingers because I decided to wait. Well, I learned my lesson. Last time, the belt I wanted to get my mom sold out overnight. I won't let something silly like stop me. I kept checking the site daily and even using the chat feature of the website to see if they had an extra belt floating around the Nordstrom universe.
It all paid off. Because it came back in stock, and I swooped it up. I won't tell my mom to return the other one until this one has arrived at my door. This is perfect. The wedding is next weekend. I'll probably have my mom bring it out to me and I'll return it. I'll lose my sales tax, but that's ok. The 50% discount more than makes up for it.
Yay, I love a happy ending.
