I'm so mad right now. Every year since we got married, we've made photo calendars from mypublisher. We've always been super pleased with them and pay a premium for the larger calendars. Well, not this year. I placed my order last week and I guess I didn't read the fine print. They changed the calendar size from 13" x 20" (opened) to 11" x 17" (opened). I'm seriously displeased. If I knew this was the case, I would have ordered with snapfish despite some of their design shortcomings as I wrote about earlier. The days on the new smaller calendars are so tiny. I have to squint from like one foot away to see them clearly.
At first when I ordered them that I must have made a mistake when creating them and didn't select the larger size. I went back into the program to double check and lo and behold, they only had the one size. There was no notice or anything letting people know the change, and I would think that at this time of year when people are making calendars for next year that it would be something you want to let people know.
I know I won't be using them next year. The hubster called them and we were able to return them for a refund, but it still leaves a bitter taste in my mouth. I don't think I'll be using them to make photo books either.
