Prime Rib

I made prime rib for Christmas Eve dinner.  It was amazing.  This is the second time that I have made it and it was even better than the first time.  It's expensive, but definitely worth it for a once a year meal.  The hubster picked up the three rib standing rib roast at Carfagna's and I marinate the roast for 24 hours.  It makes that delicious herby crust that is on prime rib.  I'm totally eating like a pig like any other holiday.  Today at the MIL's, I had a huge lunch and at 4 cookies.  Yes, I keep making fucking cookies.  A batch of peanut butter reese's cup cookies and more Rolo cookies.  The hubster wanted to bring some down for his family and send some home with the stepson.

It's a good thing I went to the gym on Friday and have plans to go this week.  I've been doing my stretches, but haven't tried running again.  So maybe I'll try to do a few miles this week.
