Mad River Mountain

The hubster and I went to Mad River Mountain today. After my awesome lesson at Snow Basin last weekend, I'm a firm believer for beginners to take a lesson. So I signed up the hubster for one. It was a huge improvement for him. Also a huge confidence boost. He had some issues with his boots which turned out to be way too tight for him. After his lesson, he was linking turns and everything. I am so proud of him. He even did three runs that used lifts. Here he is at the end of his lesson. He was definitely the star of the class.


I was not impresses with MRM. The runs were not that difficult, but it is Ohio. Utah has spoiled me. Definitely a good place to learn. I'm sure we'll be back before the end of the season.
