I just stumbled upon this site. It's called HelloBee and is run by the same person who started WeddingBee which is the site I used to help plan and create my wedding. I love reading blogs, so it was great that I found another blog to read during my down time. BIG MISTAKE!
Just like when my old high school friend had her first kid, I learned about a whole new world of baby stuff - blow outs, teething giraffes, and all sorts of things. I started to read this blog today and have only gotten through a few weeks of posts, but I'm afraid to have kids now. I've been reading about breastfeeding and it sounds terrible! I've read some birth stories and that also sounds terrible. I'm a wuss and I don't want that area to be in pain or whatever.
But breast feeding sounds terrible - clogged ducts, latching, sore nipples. Ouch! No thank you. If and when I have kids, I know I'll want to breastfeed because it's so practical and I'm mostly practical if anything. It'll save money and it's better for the baby, right?
Ow, my boobies and nether regions hurt just thinking about it. =(
Sorry Mom, maybe kids won't be coming within the next year or two.
don't forget that if you don't resolve your clogged milk ducts in time, you get this fun infection called mastitis, which feels like someone is stabbing your boob while you have the flu and a fever! i had it 4x with ellie and once with g.
