I finally made it to the gym! Even though my dentist appointment for two fillings was pushed back an hour, I still had time to make it to the gym. I ended up going to the boot camp class I used to go to when I was a gym-goer.
I am out of shape, and right now I am paying for it. My arms and legs hurt, and I have to go golfing tonight. I was able to keep up with the class, but I was exhausted afterwards. It's been a long time since I sweated so freaking much. I was so tired afterwards that I scrapped dinner plans to grill chile lime flank stank to have the hubster go out and pick something up. I did end up grilling the steak just because I wouldn't have been able to tonight and we bought it on Sunday.
