I'm so weak

I went on my morning run this morning and my body was not having it. I had originally wanted to run 5 miles, but I was noticeably tired 2 miles in. I think a lot had to do with me trying better my recent mile times. I was pushing myself, but it was a bit too soon for that. I still don't think I've accepted the fact that I'm not in the same shape I was in before lacrosse season. Anyway, I did 2.6 miles with a 9:20 pace. Getting better, but nowhere near where I wanted to be. I also ran with that damn fanny pack again. Never again, totally swearing it off. Such a pain in the ass.

After the run, I felt like shit because I totally copped out. So I went to the gym to do my mat/ab work out and lift some weights. Omg, I lost all my muscles. I had to lower the number of reps or lower the weight in everything I did. I'm not terribly surprised, but I'm so sad. I guess the good thing that came about from today is now I am 200% more motivated to get back to the gym to get my muscles back!
