I <3 lacrosse

It's been one year since I started playing with the Cap City post-collegiate team, and I love it. We don't get together a lot, but when we do, I definitely enjoy myself. I must love lacrosse because I take a shit load of abuse when I officiate, but playing one game a year makes up for it.

I scored a hat trick today, but I also messed up a lot. I really don't like my new stick that much. With the way the ball leaves my stick, I have to re-learn how to throw. The hubster and my friend who officiated said I did well, so I'm pleased. I think that was a pretty good warm up for Vail.

I did get hit with the ball in today's game.
