Now with lacrosse season coming to end (Ohio Cup this weekend is all that's left), I now have my nights back! Yay! That means getting back to working out. I'm trying to decide what to do tonight. The stepson is staying with us for the remainder of the week, so I'm worried about getting dinner ready at a decent hour. If I get home around 5:30, that means dinner will be at 7:00 pm at the earliest. That's an acceptable dinner time, right?
Now to decide if I want to run outside or go to the gym and work out. I haven't lifted weights in a very long time. I'm afraid to see if my arms lost all the definition I got from last year. Maybe I'll run outside tonight since the forecast says rain tomorrow and Thursday. I hope to make it to boot camp this Wednesday too after my dentist appointment.
