Cupcakes

I could really use a cupcake right now.  I recently bought 5 boxes of Funfetti cake mix because it was on sale for $1 a box.  I also bought 3 cans of frosting.  I figure it expires in October and that's plenty of time to eat 5 boxes of cupcakes.  The secret is that my cupcake consumption is much slower than the hubster's.  It's almost a 1:4 ratio.  So in one batch (18 cupcakes even though the box says 24) I'll eat 4 or 5 of them, and the hubster finishes off the rest.

Anyway, on my day off, I was ready to bake some cupcakes.  I got all the ingredients out and realized that I was out of cupcake liners!  I was sad.  Now that I am really craving a cupcake, I'm super sad.  I guess I don't really need a cupcake, but I very much want one right now.  Funfetti cupcake with whipped vanilla frosting, yum...
