I made the flank steak and more veggie kabobs (squash, mushroom, tomato, and onion) on the grill and had a side of white rice (of course). It was quite good. They even put some extra marinade for the cooked steak which I saved if I wanted to marinate something else with it. It didn't touch the raw beef, so I think it's ok to save. There was enough left over for two lunches - steak, rice, and veggies, and some for the hubster too.
