Three simple words, but apparently put together makes a very hard sentence to understand. I was at Meijer today to buy some organizational things (over the door hook, file cabinet, letter organizer, etc) and was lifting my file cabinet out of the cart onto the self scanner when some guy comes up and tries to give me a hand. I politely say "I got it.: It seems that he got the message and stopped trying to help me. The thing didn't even weight a lot it was just big. Anyway, once on the scanner machine, I can't find the damn upc bar so I'm twisting it around and pretty much scanning every side of the box. Yes, not the most efficient way to scan something, but I was running out of patience. Anyway, guy comes up again and tries to give me a hand. I glare at him, but let him help. It finally scans and I put it back in the cart.
Why did he try to help me again? Was I going through the self scan too slowly? Potentially, but Meijer's register people are probably slower. So tough noogies, impatient dude. You'll just have to wait for me to finish. Just leave me alone, don't talk to me, don't even look at me. I got it!
