I'm going to Vegas in a few weeks with the intention of only doing the following: gambling, eating, sleeping, drinking, and laying out at the pool. Except for the last one, I'm completely prepared for those activities. As for laying out, I've gotten soft. I've lost the definition in my abdomen. I blame it all on lacrosse season. I've been so busy every night that I haven't been to the gym in who knows how long. I miss just running and lifting weights. I never thought I would say that.
I think I've done a good job maintaining my weight with my horrible mid-season eating habits, but I want to get my definition back before I leave. I think that means doing crunches and ab exercises when I get home from reffing. I don't really believe that will help because we all know it's a combination of cardio and weights and you can't spot reduce. I'm still going to try. I can't stop officiating because that supplements the first activity in my list.
