On my way





Over halfway there with 2 months to go. I was a little worried last week when my knee started hurting after 5.5 miles, but last nights run went pretty well. My legs were tired, but no knee pain.

I know I'll need to work on strengthening the rest of my body before the race. Something I had left out the last time. I'm gonna go to spin class to mix some things up. I'm feeling a bit more confident about having the time to train during lacrosse season. I'll just have to keep Mondays and Wednesdays clear to make sure I get my runs in.
